Special Order Policy Change
Special Order policy change: previously we didn’t have a pick up time limit on special orders after they arrived. It’s gotten a little out of control. Going forward, special orders that haven’t been picked up 90 days after they have arrived will be canceled. Existing orders that arrived over 90 days ago will be canceled on Sept 1st
